Money is one of the top 5 Obstacles that people face in achieving their goals.
Have you ever wanted something to improve your health or even something outside of health and thought and or said, “I can’t afford that?”
Where does that thought come from?
It comes from a place of lack and if you are honest with yourself, living in lack sucks.
Living from lack is a learned behaviour and then when practiced enough times becomes a habit and pattern.
Think of money as an energy. If you consider money dirty, the root of all evil, are envious, cynical, or bitter towards people with money, see it as something only rich people have, blame your upbringing or hard times you been through, scared you will never have enough, all you are doing is pushing the energy of money away from you and it’s no wonder it can be a struggle.
However, if you learn to see abundance everywhere, think and speak about money in a peaceful, excited and a loving way, it will flow easier to you, and you will have more of it. You will take better care of it learn how to grow it rather than just spend it.
This takes practice though. If you are someone that has thought about money in negative and lacking way for a long time, you will need to put daily conscious actions into thinking and feeling about money in a positive way.
Suggestions I have for you to think and feel good about money are:
- Affirming, “I am so happy and grateful that money flows easily to me.” Visualize with your eyes closed celebrating that money is coming to you in a constant, ever-growing stream.
At first you may notice negative feelings, thoughts and doubts show up. This is because you are making your unconscious negative thoughts and feelings of money conscious. This is why you need to practice healthy thinking and feeling about money every day to remove all the negativity and replace it with love, gratitude, and peace.
- Write a love letter to money.
Tell it how grateful you are to have it in your life and all the wonderful thing you want to do with it.
- Make a list of 50 reasons of how resourceful you can be.
This list may include knowing people that have a lot of money and asking them for a loan to help pay for a treatment you really need to improve your health.
You also might realize there are certain things you can do to create more money in your life. Like pick up a side job.
It might help you to realize that there is so much free information online and other place that can teach you how to create more wealth in your life. The possibilities are endless.
However, it all has to begin by changing your state of being, beliefs and feelings about money.
- Listen to and or spend time with wealthy people.
This will help you to think like a wealthy person.
Did you know that 1 in 10 Americans are millionaires and 89% are first generation. Meaning they created it from their thoughts, feelings, and actions.
If they can, so you can you.
