I realized years ago that I needed to change and do something about them. I needed to stop allowing myself to be consumed by stress and take charge of my energy and my life.
What I learned from this is I am sensitive to energy, along with many other people. So it is very important to have clear energy to feel our best.
Through this I have created some simple energy strengthening techniques. I find it is best to practice them on a daily basis to help prevent getting stressed or bring me back to balance if I do get stressed.
