I know all too well, what it’s like to suffer from chronic pain. I know how the pain can steal your joy and keep you from experiencing all the things you would like in life. I know what it’s like to lay awake at night, wondering if you will ever sleep soundly again. The stress, worry, and constant managing of your body. I remember how exhausting it was.
You see, I spent 5 years in chronic body wide nerve and fascial pain. I had burning and searing pain from head to toe. My spine hurt. My legs ached, my head hurt, and my nervous system was a mess. I was miserable. My body burned and seared with nerve pain, my muscles twitched, my head ached, and I felt old beyond my years. I went from doctor to doctor only to be told that I was completely normal and there was nothing wrong with me. I sought out Naturopaths, Chiropractors, psychics and healers, but the pain remained. I gained weight because I could not exercise. My digestion became irritable and my emotional and mental health declined.
But, do you know what?
I realized that the pain inside my body was a message. I learned how to decode those messages and take action. Through a combination of nutrition, meditation and stress management, postural awareness and most importantly my intuition, I learned to heal my body from pain.
I am happy to say that I am pain Free!! I have my life back and I want that for you too.
During my time with Chronic Pain, I learned a lot about the key reasons for Chronic Pain. I studied Functional Medicine, self exploration, nutrition and intuition. Along with my knowledge in Chinese Medicine and herbalism, I combined my knowledge to decode the body. Through these things, I learned that there are 5 keys to healing from pain. I know firsthand, what it’s like to live in pain. I suffered 2 slipped discs in my back in 2011 and it was the darkest scariest time in my life. I thought my career was over, I thought that life as I knew it was forever changed. I almost lost faith in my body’s and my mind’s ability to heal.
I spent months and a lot of money on treatments, going to appointments and searching for ways to heal my body but most options helped very little and my bank account was slowly shrinking.
Truth be told, that is wasn’t until I began tuning into my bodies subtle cues that the real healing began. I had to stop forcing myself to live the way I had been and start tuning into what I really needed: to slow down and expect I would not get everything on my to do list completed everyday. To exercise smartly and with modifications, something I was not used to doing. To make food changes that helped with inflammation and decreased my anxiety. To make mindfulness a daily practice and not just something I did once in a while. There was a lesson to be learn and I needed to slow down long enough to see it.

I am so grateful that I found Keri.
For years I suffered with chronic pain, chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalance, Hypothyroid, parasites, chronic Lyme, Rheumatoid arthritis and now Osteoarthritis.
About 20 years ago I worked with an herbalist who told me that I had all these health issues, but instead of trying to help me, became very controlling and tried to take over my life!! After that I searched and searched for another alternative practitioner to help me find the answers to achieve good health. I went from one Dr./herbalist/energy healer/medical intuitive/practitioner to the next and must have spent at least a couple hundred thousand dollars over the past 17 years in fees, tests, and supplements.
