I'm so happy that you have decided to take advantage of learning this Medical Qi Gong exercise.  

 

This Medical Qi Gong exercise is called Fragrance Qi Gong.

 

It is a moderately paced Qi Gong exercise with simple arm and leg movements that are excessible to people of all ages and abilities.  It can be practiced sitting down or standing.  

 

Each of the movements increase energy flow through your body in specific ways to improve your health and wellbeing.

So many other styles of Qi Gong require you to be relaxed to get results.  This is what makes Fragrance Qi Gong so wonderful.  It's a more external style of Qi Gong.  It doesn't require slow breathing or mental focus.

 

You can even do Fragrance Qi Gong while you are watching TV or talking to someone.

 

Because it is an external style of Qi Gong, the movements physical pump your Qi (energy) throughout your body without needing the mind to direct it.
