What are Essential Oils?

If you have ever enjoyed the scent of lavender, rose or peppermint, you've experienced the aromatic qualities of essential oils. I'm excited to be teaching this class. I have found that doTERRA essential oils have enhanced my life in so many different ways. They have improved my digestion, immunity, decreased my allergies, and I find I get sick less and recover much faster.

I love essential oils because they are potent, effective natural remedies. Many of oils have very uplifting, stress reducing qualities that work immediately.
