Imagine having strong and vital digestion, which provides you with an abundance of vitality.
This is possible for you if you don’t have it already. The key to having strong and vital digestion depends on what you are consuming now and what you consumed in the past.
Are you currently consuming healthy foods that digest easily or are you consuming processed foods devoid of nutrients that steal your energy to digest them.
Or do you have a past history of eating poor quality foods for a long time that weakened your digestion and have struggled to bounce back.
Stress is another big factor that can negatively affect digestion. Are you consuming excess levels of mainstream news, social media or other forms of information that leave you feeling unwell?
Certain forms of information can be very unhealthy, hard to process, distract you from your life purpose and leave you feeling worried, unhappy and fearful resulting in you feeling sick to your stomach and more.
When stress becomes chronic it steals energy from your digestive system to deal with whatever the threat is. Whether that threat be in your mind or a real physical threat.
It’s important as you move through life to make peace with past trauma, let go of the foods and information that is not serving you, so they do not live on in you years later and deplete you.
