As a Medical Intuitive, my task is to start backwards from the symptoms

buried deep within the subconscious mind or environmental toxicity that

to perform the routine tasks in life that are necessary to be a
"functioning human".
Today we are going to dig into the symptoms of "Adrenal Fatigue" (AKA,
Burnout, Adrenal Burnout, Adrenal Dysfunction), and help you to discover
how to reclaim the vitality that may have been lost many, many years ago.
Productivity is often a problem for sufferers of adrenal fatigue, as their
sleep patterns are often interrupted to such an extent that their, "window
of productivity" is very short, perhaps just a few hours every day. People
who are challenged by Adrenal Fatigue, often are later risers and who need
to sleep past 10 am. They might feel a little energetic boost by noon, but
by mid-afternoon they find themselves struggling to find the energy to
still be productive and focus at work. Sufferers often find that after
eating, they regain their mental energy and find themselves staying up
quite late into the evening.
Having your normal energy cycles "out of synch" with the rest of the world
can have devastating effects upon one's career, lifestyle, health,
relationships and more ...
In a world that DEMANDS efficiency, this condition can lead to:
- Loss of work due to low performance
- Failures in Business through lack of focus
- Family and Relationship Stresses
- Inability to invest one's time in more joyful pastimes
- Procrastination and Incomplete Projects
These problems are often NEVER brought on by a lack of desire, skill or
ability, but rather an inability to have the energy to be present and
productive when called upon to do so.
Often, people will attempt to manage the emotional depression and chronic
fatigue symptoms of Adrenal Fatigue with methods that only INTENSIFY IT.
Artificially boosting adrenaline in your body through the excessive use of
coffee, sugars, carbohydrates and emotional dysfunction will often cripple
the Adrenal Glands even further.
What Causes Adrenal Fatigue?
Basically, Adrenal fatigue is caused by ANY antagonistic issue that keeps
your body in a constant state of stress, even low levels of consistent
stress have an accumulative effect. Adrenal Fatigue can be brought on from
a number of sources, but generally it comes down to a low level physical
stress response that slowly wears down the adrenal glands until they are
no longer able to perform properly.
As the name would imply, your adrenal glands are responsible for
regulating the adrenaline in your body. It doesn't take a lot of stress to
burn them out. When the adrenal glands fall out of balance, other related
organs start to malfunction causing fatigue, depression, lack of focus and
emotional issues that can be best described as hopelessness or depression.
What are the Sources of Adrenal Fatigue?
There are many sources of low level, continued stress that can attack your
adrenal system. Here are just a "few" that I have worked with recently:
- Accidents, Physical Traumas. Locked up emotional clusters that block the flow of energy in your physical system
- Over Achievers, feelings of self worth measured by high productivity.
- Workaholic Tendencies, avoidance issues through work obsession
- Abandonment Issues and unresolved childhood issues
- Toxic Overburden, often locked in the liver. Heavy Metal Poisoning, Aspartame, Chemicals, Intestinal Parasites
- Poor Diets. High intake of "emotionally satisfying" foods
- Substance Addiction. Alcohol, Drugs, Tobacco Products
- Mineral Deficiencies. Often, low magnesium is a byproduct of taxed adrenal glands
- Increased Caffeine Consumption. (2-3 cups or more per day, throughout the day)
- Being Broke during pregnancy
- Viral Infections, Fungal Infections, Bacterial Infections, Parasitic infestation
- Grief, loss of a loved one.
- Electro Magnetic Frequencies (EMFs). Being around too much technology gives off electromagnetic waves that deplete your bio-electrical system. Common culprits are "cell phones" "computer monitors" "micro wave ovens" "hair dryers" etc ...
- High Sugar and Carbohydrate Diets
- Negative Media, News, Television. This often feeds a negative attitude with stress and worry
- Weight Gain, and the resulting depression that comes from poor physical health
- Low Self-Esteem, not feeling one's self worth

As you can see, there are many varied STRESSFUL FACTORS that can
continually deplete the Adrenal Glands until they are knocked out of
balance. Long Term Stress stimulation at work, home, family, relationships
and more will wear down the adrenal glands over time.
The best attempts at managing the problem are often short fixes that
usually side-step the root causes of this type of illness.
In Chinese Medicine, Adrenal Fatigue is often tied to an imbalance in the
kidneys and various childhood issues. I have found this to be very true,
as many who have Adrenal Fatigue also have unprocessed, traumatic
experiences from when they were very young.
How Can You Diagnose Yourself for Adrenal Fatigue?
"It's all in your HEAD. You think there is a problem, there isn't one so
get over it"
What?
Sorry to say, but many who contact Dr. Adam Fulmore or I through the
website come to us because they got this diagnosis from mainstream medical
sources. Largely unrecognized by the medical profession, Adrenal Fatigue
often goes undiagnosed. You pretty much need to turn to alternative health
practitioners for a solution.
In fact, those who are able to get help through mainstream medical are
often prescribed drugs to try and "manage" the problem for a few more
years. Adrenal Fatigue is a "warning light" on your personal dashboard
that lets you know that something is not working right. Using drugs to
"mask" the symptoms makes them Linger on, attacking your body's immune
system and related organs, which weakens them and complicates a healthy
recovery.
Dosing with drugs is a lot like having an engine problem with your car,
and then covering it up by painting the engine. The underlying problem
still exists!
Don't treat the "symptom(s)". Treat the "cause(s)"

MAY BONUS: 7 QUICK FIXES TO START YOUR OWN ADRENAL FATIGUE RECOVER PROGRAM
First of all, have some compassion for yourself. You're only human,
and you need to forgive yourself for your physical limitations. Accept
that and COMMIT to re-nurturing yourself. Incorporate the following
exercises for a QUICK FIX UP over the next week to help you love yourself
a little more.
1. Try some aromatherapy, a few candles or an aromatherapy device that
puts some essences in your environment. (Avoid Wal-Mart or big store

in your home and if possible, your work space.
2. Set Your Boundaries! If your energy levels are low don't over commit to

commitments you have already said yes to.
3. Light Exercise. It's important to emphasize, "Light". Exercise can also
stress the body, so it's recommended to try some meditative movement
exercises like Qigong, Tai Chi or Yoga. A light aerobic program or walking
is also useful. The important thing is to get moving again, stimulate the
lymphatic system to get some of those toxins moving. Light exercise can
help to ground, centre and balance your body. It's not to say that you
shouldn't go for a run if you are up to maintaining higher levels of
physical activity, but as far as addressing Adrenal Fatigue, less
exercise, performed consistently over many weeks will create better
results than pushing yourself too hard when your body is too worn out to
benefit from it.
4. Supplements. Try to get a high quality B Vitamin Supplement
(B-Complex). You may also want to try adaptagenic herbs, Siberian Ginseng,
Royal jelly, Maca and super foods like E3-live, Spirulina.
5. Raw Food. Eat more Veggies, a full spectrum color of veggies, not just
the green ones. Most people don't eat enough raw vegetables. This step
alone can raise your vitality significantly within days.
6. Ground yourself, sit in nature. It's useful to just put your bare feet
on open ground. Nature tends to pull out stagnant energy. 20 minutes a day
is a great fix up.
7. Find something that brings you calmness and joy every day. A Hot Bath
or a favorite book is a great choice. Choose something that will slow you
down so that you can better enjoy your precious moments.

use to find yourself in a state of calm and relaxation. Find a quiet,
secluded space for 20 minutes to participate, or go to a city park or an
area in nature where you can sit by a tree and breathe in your natural
surroundings.
If you don't have experience in meditation, here is a simple step by step
process to guide you along:
1. Sit down in a comfortable position, either in a chair or on the ground
with a comfortable pillow.
2. Close your eyes and breathe in love to your heart, and then out to the
world. Continue to focus on feeling love and bringing it into your heart
and then breathing it out.
3. Bring to your mind’s eye, a visualization of the new life circumstance
that you wish to experience in your life. As you see it, also affirm the
FEELING that would come with it in this present moment. Feel yourself
owning this experience in your life. It’s important to affirm the
condition in the present moment. For instance, don’t affirm “I wish to get
healthier”. Such a statement would just affirm that you do not have
health. It is many times more powerful to affirm, “I feel healthy and full
of love in my life”.
4. Continue to breathe in and breathe out the resonance of love, (Focused
Appreciation) and hold the VISION and FEELING of your new circumstance
within, be it health, abundance, stronger relationships or a nurturing
environment.
5. At the end of this 20 minute meditation, imagine passing along this
same gift to another within this massive group of people that will be
joining us all over the world. One of the most powerful affirmations you
can give, is to give others what you are affirming to have in your own
life. Such an intention re-affirms, energetically that, “I can give this
to another, because I in fact have an abundance of it in my own life”.

abundance. Perhaps leave a larger tip to the person serving you a coffee
at the local café. As you do, always make sure you hold the feeling of
abundance within, a feeling that affirms that you have abundance and are
willing to give to another.
Being of service to another is a powerful way to re-affirm that you have
the ability to give what you desire.
