Digging Deep to Find Your Sources of Fatigue and Energy Loss
Over
recent weeks I have worked with a number of clients who describe their
condition as, "feeling fatigued all the time, without motivation,
lack of
energy, no inspiration, feeling stuck in life ...", does this describe
you?
Often, making changes to your emotional being requires an all encompassing
approach. Bringing yourself back to wholeness requires balance between
body, mind and spirit.
How can you accomplish this?
Establishing a direct line of communication with your AUTHENTIC SELF will
help you to find clarity for your own life's direction. You have an
authentic self that is often very aligned with the true values in your own
heart. Values could include family, friends, creativity, balance, health,
inspiration, being of service to others and more. Where you can go in
these different areas of your life becomes very clear when you have
established inner calmness, away from the wants and needs of your ego.
You also have an EGO SELF, which is the self that is projected to the rest
of the world. It is often bogged down by a number of debilitating ego
requirements that it needs to feel its self worth.
This list includes, but is not limited to:
- Obligations to crippling situations, often relationships that are co-dependent or un-fulfilling at best.
- Safety and security requirements. Fear of the unknown often keeps us from following the path that spirit is trying to pull us toward.
- Energy invested into the image we are trying to project outwardly to uphold the opinions of others.
- Materialistic requirements that are often way out of line with current reality. Overspending and over consumption rarely satisfies the ego and many find themselves constantly looking for the next materialistic fix.
- And this list goes on but you get the idea ...
When your body falls out of balance, it is a sign that something needs to
change. Think of it as a warning light on your personal dashboard. Dis-harmony
in your physical being is often an opportunity to address issues that have
been buried away for a very long time.
Having a Lack of Energy, No Inspiration and Feeling Stuck is often an
indicator that you are going in the WRONG direction. Regaining control of
your life begins at the moment that you make a COMMITMENT. A PERMANENT and
ONGOING commitment to change, no matter what it is that you are facing.
This commitment to bettering yourself needs to be unwavering and resolute.
Once you have made this commitment, you will need to fortify it with
FAITH. Faith in your self worth. Faith that you will have a job, or a new
job. Faith that your relationships will either improve or new ones will be
found.
Now that you are COMMITTED to change, and you have FAITH in yourself, what
is required next?
You will now need to make ROOM in your life to attract a different
circumstance. The secret to this is LETTING GO. Often, we hold on
desperately to old patterns, habits and crippling relationships because it
is what we know best. We have become COMFORTABLE. Think of it like this,
if your hands are holding on TIGHTLY to difficult circumstances just
because it has become comfortable or known, then that is all you can have.
How can you receive something better if your arms aren’t open to receive?
Let go ... and have faith that spirit will bring you to a better road.
On the other hand you could just keep doing what you have always done ...
experiencing what you always have.
Or … LET GO.
I often see people trying to hold on to crippling, co-dependent
relationships where people are trying to "Fix" someone else. You can never
fix another being. The other person’s path is up to them... you should be
focusing your energy to figure out your own. In fact, many people try to
fix other people but what they are actually doing is AVOIDING their own
issues. You can only fix yourself, which in turn changes your vibration so
that you can attract different people and circumstances.
Dysfunctional or abusive relationships are often an opportunity for you to
truly look at yourself. Many co-dependent relationships are born out of an
old emotional wound, often from childhood in which we look to get from
others what we didn't get for ourselves when we are young. So, a broken
relationship with your father will show up in the kind of partner that you
will be with now. Ask yourself ... when you are trying to "Fix" another,
what is it inside of you that needs to "Fix" someone else? What is the
void that you are trying to fill? Is it a lack of love? A lack of
understanding, respect, inspiration, nurturing ... where did all this come
from?
I know this is a lot to digest right now, but do consider what has
resonated as true for you and continue to look at how you can apply it to
your own life. I would recommend that you review Dr Adam Fulmore's article

provides you with some simple moves you can use to reclaim your personal
power in difficult situations within a few short weeks.

Once you have taken responsibility for your present circumstances, then
you can actually change them. Responsibility is in fact a form of
ownership. If you do not OWN your circumstances, then how can you ever
change them? Without ownership, you will feel victimized like someone or
something is constantly doing it TO YOU. As long as you are projecting
this to the universe, you will always receive back that you are in fact
not in control of your circumstances ... and this is how the cycle
continues.
As you continue to work on yourself, you may find yourself still blocked
in your life. Your inner voice may start to become clearer, as it starts
to shine a light on what is holding you back. Please contact me if you

Join us for 20 minutes at this time using whatever meditative practice you
use to find yourself in a state of calm and relaxation. Find a quiet,
secluded space for 20 minutes to participate, or go to a city park or an
area in nature where you can sit by a tree and breathe in your natural
surroundings.
If you don't have experience in meditation, here is a simple step by step
process to guide you along:
1. Sit down in a comfortable position, either in a chair or on the ground
with a comfortable pillow.
2. Close your eyes and breathe in love to your heart, and then out to the
world. Continue to focus on feeling love and bringing it into your heart
and then breathing it out.
3. Bring to your mind’s eye, a visualization of the new life circumstance
that you wish to experience in your life. As you see it, also affirm the
FEELING that would come with it in this present moment. Feel yourself
owning this experience in your life. It’s important to affirm the
condition in the present moment. For instance, don’t affirm “I wish to get
healthier”. Such a statement would just affirm that you do not have
health. It is many times more powerful to affirm, “I feel healthy and full
of love in my life”.
4. Continue to breathe in and breathe out the resonance of love, (Focused
Appreciation) and hold the VISION and FEELING of your new circumstance
within, be it health, abundance, stronger relationships or a nurturing
environment.
5. At the end of this 20 minute meditation, imagine passing along this
same gift to another within this massive group of people that will be
joining us all over the world. One of the most powerful affirmations you
can give, is to give others what you are affirming to have in your own
life. Such an intention re-affirms, energetically that, “I can give this
to another, because I in fact have an abundance of it in my own life”.

on
during this focused 20 minute period, and at different points throughout
the day. Thousands of people will be receiving this healing intention on

For the rest of the day, you should take part in activities that you find
nurturing and re-affirm the state that you wish to have in your life. If
you wish to have more love in your life, then take time for the rest of
the day to be loving and kind to the people you are in contact with. If
you wish to be more abundant, take action and help to affirm another’s
abundance. Perhaps leave a larger tip to the person serving you a coffee
at the local café. As you do, always make sure you hold the feeling of
abundance within, a feeling that affirms that you have abundance and are
willing to give to another.
Being of service to another is a powerful way to re-affirm that you have
the ability to give what you desire.
