Small moves are the secret to helping your own personal energy and lifting

Over recent weeks, I have had many people contact me through the
www.IntuitiveHealthSolutions.com website with a number of blocks to
experiencing a whole, balanced and integral life.

If you feel pushed to the limits of your own sanity, I can tell you there
is an important process at work that you need to recognize. If you feel
and see blockages and chaos in your external life, then it is usually a
sign that there are emotional and mental blocks internally. The opposite
also holds true.
These 'triggers' in your life are forcing you to deal with deep down
emotional and mental issues, the negativity that may have been suppressed
for a very long time is now coming to the surface.
Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks and feeling edgy is the process by
which what has been repressed for so long is showing itself on the
surface. In 'essence' ... it simply cannot be suppressed any longer.
Physically these blocks can manifest as pain in the body and other
physical discomforts, digestive troubles, sleeping imbalances, etc. and
much worse.
If you keep going as you have been going then you will keep getting what you have been
getting, and sometimes worse. So ask yourself ... have you had enough?
The above signals are telling you that you need to address these inner
blockages and seek out help to deal with it. Move through that stuff,
remove the blockages, resolve them, and clear them.

vitality and regain control your of emotional and mental self.
7 Self Defense Moves for Energetically Toxic Environments
1. Clean Water
It seems simple, but most low level anxiety is a response to dehydration.
Bio-chemically, the body goes into an anxious state. The rule of 6-8
glasses per day is sound, and there is endless material your can read
online about the importance of CLEAN water. What kind of purification
system should you use? There is much debate in the purification industry
about which systems are best, but suffice it to say DO SOMETHING! If a
Reverse Osmosis Filter is your choice, or distillation, UV Sterilization
or any number of new water resonance technologies then be sure to get with
the program. Within DAYS you will feel calmer and more centered in your
day.
2. Exercise
Cardiovascular exercises, 20 minutes or more a day of walking, running,
swimming or short walks gets your energetic system working. If you are
ill, then don't overdo it. But again, honor yourself and your body's
requirement to be active.
If you feel pulled towards gentler forms of exercise, like Tai Chi, Yoga
or Qi Gong then definitely pursue those avenues. Energetic exercise
programs can bring peace and harmony to your mind and are very effective
at dissolving and clearing energy blockages in the body.
3. Diet
Eating a "Lighter and Simpler” diet will often raise your energy in a very
short amount of time. Less refined foods such as breads, pastas, sugars
and processed foods, and more fruits and vegetables, whole grains and high
quality protein will make it easier for your body to process and
assimilate foods to maximize nourishment.
Eating 5 smaller meals over the day instead of 3 large ones will often
help your digestive system to decrease feelings of being so bogged down,
which will often rob you of your physical energy.
There is also an energetic component to digestion that is important to be
conscious of. Being appreciative and thankful of your meal and what you
have in life will bring to you more of the same resonance. So, be sure to
be 'appreciative' at every meal. Appreciation carries the same resonance
as love and if you would simply carry the resonance inside then in
external reality you will pull the same resonance.
If you are upset when you are eating or if you have had a fight with someone
then the energy gets re-digested in your food and keeps circulating in
your body until it attracts itself to current blockages in your body.
Predominantly Vegetarian or Vegan diets are very powerful for cleansing
and raising your resonance ... but we recommend small moves in the
beginning if you have had a poor diet for many years.
4. Cleansing and Detoxification
There are many cleansing and detoxification programs and obviously you
can't do them all so I recommend working with a qualified professional to
get you started.
For now, try this quick detoxification discipline. Put aside 30 minutes in
the next few days and run a nice hot bath. Put in 2 cups of Epsom salts
and soak in it for no longer than 20 minutes. The Epsom salt opens up the
pores in your skin and the variance in pressure in combination with the hot water will
pull toxicity out of your system.
This is a good discipline to do if you find yourself being overwhelmed and
anxious with current events in your life.
5. Tools of Protection
There are many tools that have proven to have highly protective
properties against dark matter and Electro Magnetic Frequencies (EMF).
Electro Magnetic Frequencies come off of all electronic devices and impact
the human aura, wearing down the bio-electrical system. There are a number
of tools available for this, simply type in 'EMF protection' when you do a Google
search.
Here are some tools you may want to try:
- Black Tourmaline
- Lavender Incense (Be conscious of the quality)
- Obsidian
- Kyanite
- Citrine
- Avoidance. Limit your time in chaotic situations or crowded areas with a lot of highly charged people. We often pickup the energetic imbalances from the people who walk close to our fields ... avoidance is your best defense.
6. Turn off the Popular Media
Mainstream sources of information, television and newspapers pump fear
into the human consciousness. They need to churn emotion to sell
advertising and a controlling system that requires society to plug into it
everyday. TV shows and movies that promote violence actually implant the
thought form while you are in a meditative Alpha brainwave state, which is a
very relaxed, suggestive state that a person falls into when they watch a
movie or television show.
After exposure to this kind of information you will often churn through
these images and thoughts in your day. This simply does not help your
energetic system, as what you put into your mind and emotions will become
part of your overall energetic resonance.
7. Meditation
There are many courses, books and teachers of meditation. I would
recommend that you find 20 minutes a day for this discipline.
I understand that many of you have a life and circumstances that are
hectic, and a moment of peace is hard to find ... but if you don't ever
take the time ... then how will you ever have it? ;)
I recommend the following type of walking meditation that was practiced by
the mystics of old to rapidly accelerate your energy in a short period of
time:

MEDITATION TO RAPIDLY RAISE YOUR ENERGY AND CONSCIOUSNESS
Take the time to find yourself in nature in the next few days.
Nature has the ability to SWEEP off your energetic field and cleanse dark
matter/energy that may be stuck in your field. Negative energy, which is
also known as Positive Ions are cleared away in the higher resonance of
nature’s energy.
Make your way to a tree, and stand or sit with your back to it. Connect to
the essence of the "tree" and the "natural world" and ask it for guidance.
Close your eyes and feel the energetic resonance of the tree as it sweeps
through your field.
And ... Let go. Just keep letting go.
Once you have found yourself in a calm place, this will be the point that
your inner voice is clearest. A Journal is useful at this point ... as you
will be astounded by how clear your inner voice is when your internal and
external environment is centered and calm.
Breathe in this moment , and welcome to your new state of
centeredness and calm. This time that you have allowed yourself should
serve as an example of how your internal state should be all the time!
Put this plan into place over the next few days in whatever small or large
fashion you are able to for at least 2 weeks. Keep a journal of thoughts,
feelings
and information that come up as it will benefit you greatly to observe the
