Change the World by the Way You Think!

Did you know that how you think and feel gives off certain frequencies or energy?

These frequencies extend out into your aura (energetic field) where other people can sense whether or not you seem like someone they want to engage with or have a conversation with. Even if a person is not psychic or very sensitive to energy it can be pretty obvious at times how another person is feeling or thinking without them saying anything.

Your thoughts and feelings create your mood and attitude for the day. Then from this, it creates the day you will experience. Everything from how you feel and who and what you attract into your life.

The more people who have a positive and peaceful frame of mind, the more this rubs off on people and the closer it comes to critical mass where people just naturally feel the need to be healthy and be proactive at changing their lives for the better.

But what if you don’t feel very good about your day…. or even worse your life.

On an energetic level this is not very pleasant. One typically feels uncomfortable, unhappy, and moody, with self-sabotaging behaviors. This energy extends out into the aura and life of the individual; they may have relationship issues, financial issues, job problems, health problems and so on.

If this sounds familiar, some good questions to ask yourself are when did these thoughts and feelings first begin; what brought this on; how long have you been feeling this way?

Once you have an idea of what initiated the negative thoughts and feelings you have something to work with.

A solution to overcoming disharmony and taking positive control of your life is through lowering your brain frequency and calming your mind where you can release any unwanted thoughts or feelings.

One of the best ways to lower your brain ways and calm your mind is through meditation. If you are new to meditation or would like a better understanding of how to meditate watch the following 5 minute video.



Now once in the meditative state:

1.  Bring your consciousness to the top of your head and allow it to rise up above your body into what looks like a pearly white light.

2.  In this pearly white light you make the command “Creator of all that is, it is commanded that you release (the specific negative feeling or thought that is causing you to be imbalanced) and replace it with unconditional love, thank you, it is done, it is done, it is done.”

3.  Bring your attention into your body and see if you notice any changes of how you feel and think.

4.  Once you have released the specific unwanted thought or feeling you may do it again with another one, continue meditating or come out of meditation and carry on with your day.

Through this process you are able to develop a peaceful state of mind where you will be able to feel happier, loving, compassionate, more fulfilled, healthier and so on.

These feelings and thoughts are the natural state that our body should be in. It is only when we get overloaded with toxic thoughts and feelings that life becomes unbalanced.

Join us for 20 minutes at this time using whatever meditative practice you use to find yourself in a state of calm and relaxation. Find a quiet, secluded space for 20 minutes to participate, or go to a city park or an area in nature where you can sit by a tree and breathe in your natural surroundings.

If you don't have experience in meditation, here is a simple step by step process to guide you along:

1. Sit down in a comfortable position, either in a chair or on the ground with a comfortable pillow.

2. Close your eyes and breathe in love to your heart, and then out to the world. Continue to focus on feeling love and bringing it into your heart and then breathing it out.

3. Bring to your mind’s eye, a visualization of the new life circumstance that you wish to experience in your life. As you see it, also affirm the FEELING that would come with it in this present moment. Feel yourself owning this experience in your life. It’s important to affirm the condition in the present moment. For instance, don’t affirm “I wish to get healthier”. Such a statement would just affirm that you do not have health. It is many times more powerful to affirm, “I feel healthy and full of love in my life”.

4. Continue to breathe in and breathe out the resonance of love, (Focused Appreciation) and hold the VISION and FEELING of your new circumstance within, be it health, abundance, stronger relationships or a nurturing environment.

5. At the end of this 20 minute meditation, imagine passing along this same gift to another within this massive group of people that will be joining us all over the world. One of the most powerful affirmations you can give, is to give others what you are affirming to have in your own life. Such an intention re-affirms, energetically that, “I can give this to another, because I in fact have an abundance of it in my own life”.

We will be working with the conditions that we are guided to work on during this focused 20 minute period, and at different points throughout the day. Thousands of people will be receiving this healing intention on November 29, 2009.

For the rest of the day, you should take part in activities that you find nurturing and re-affirm the state that you wish to have in your life. If you wish to have more love in your life, then take time for the rest of the day to be loving and kind to the people you are in contact with. If you wish to be more abundant, take action and help to affirm another’s abundance. Perhaps leave a larger tip to the person serving you a coffee at the local café. As you do, always make sure you hold the feeling of abundance within, a feeling that affirms that you have abundance and are willing to give to another.

Being of service to another is a powerful way to re-affirm that you have the ability to give what you desire.
