Firstly, what is an aura?
An aura, also known as an energetic field, is the energy bubble that surrounds all living creatures. In humans, it extends out six feet in diameter, on average. The aura is formed by subtle energies and layers and is connected to the chakra system. Typically, when the chakras are healthy and balanced, the aura is clear of congested energy. The
knowledge and viewing of the aura can be traced back to ancient
tribes, Christian mystics, psychics, sages, qigong masters, and
even painters like Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci. In many old
portraits, you can see that the artist painted a radiant glow
around the person, or other living creatures, to represent the
aura. The aura gives off particular colors and vibrations when a person is feeling and thinking a certain way: For instance, light pink represents love, while dark orange represents frustration. If a person feels negative, and has harmful colors in his/her aura, it disrupts the energetic balance and, over time, leads to physical health problems.
But the trained eye can use the aura, which can indicate developing physical ailments as spots of energy, irregular colors, and feelings of coldness and emptiness, to identify illness before it occurs and prevent it through Aura Healing and Chakra Healing.
